He initially listed my property for $5,000 more on the initial listing and just claimed it was a mistake. Time after time he did not attend showings nor go and check the property after an inspection (I was not living in there) to find lights left on and the heat turned up. Hes just not on your listing once you sign on the dotted line. No effort to sell the property and lazy. I CANNOT RECOMMEND HIM TO SELL YOUR PROPERTY

But... he acted quite arrogant with us while selling our home and lost our paperwork at one point. He was often rude to me (he even laughed at a question I asked) but never treated my husband that way. If I asked a question, he would direct the answer to my husband. Despite the good aspects (area knowledge and quickly selling), I still don t recommend him. At one point I pointed out his unprofessionalism after he was mocking our house we were trying to sell, and he blew up at me.

A relative recommended Ryan and he informed us that in the current market you have to move very quickly because by the next day its usually gone. So my wife would locate a home and in every single instance Ryan would set up an appointment to see it almost immediately. Since I work long hours, I was unable to attend these initial viewings, but Ryan bent over backwards to accommodate us by scheduling an additional viewing later that evening as well so I could also see it. One day we saw our dream home listed at a fantastic price. It had only been on for a few hours and already had dozens of views and multiple saves. We contacted Ryan who got my wife in immediately and later that evening got me in as well despite the fact that the owner was still living there. We told Ryan we wanted the house and knew we had to move fast since it was listed at a great price. Ryan methodically came up with a plan to make our offer extremely appealing while still trying to not pay the full asking price. His plan worked flawlessly and the seller countered, but accepted at a slightly reduced price on a home that was already well below market value compared to the homes we had already seen.
