ZillowVERIFIED Ryan and Dayna were excellent at helping my sell my late brother's home in a short period of time (2 months listing to sale) during the slowest period of time of the year (Thanksgiving to February). Using the technology at their disposal (aerial drone) allowed prospects to view the entire property and surrounding land to get a full appreciation of the area, as well as note improvements made during the previous year (new roof). Living across the state didn't allow me the opportunity to meet in person at closing, however Ryan and Dayna made sure all of the I's were dotted and the T's were crossed at closing time. Highly recommend using these individuals in particular and their company ion general if you are looking to buy or sell a property.

ZillowVERIFIED Mariam helped us 11 years ago find our starter home so she was the first person we thought of to help us find our next home. Mariam was knowledgeable, transparent, responsive and really had our best interests. She wasn't afraid to say if she felt a house wasn't what we wanted and she was right. She negotiated on our behalf and got the house we wanted at a fair price. We then had the challenge of selling our house within 30 days and she took on a massive amount of work for that. The Lowe team is like none other. From Mariam's suggestions with getting our house ready to the photographer, to the admin team with marketing - they got it done! We listed on a Tuesday, had 8 showings Wednesday - Friday and then 3 offers on Saturday. The accepted offer was $22k over asking. Mariam's work didn't stop there - she worked tirelessly on getting everything coordinated and scheduled for the house we were buying and the house we were selling. Again, I'm thankful to have had an agent. Don't try to buy/sell on your own, get an agent - but not just any agent - call Mariam and the Lowe team.

Many years of planning were invested in that plan. However, plans sometimes change with little notice. We were introduced to Mariam when we found a home that we had some interest in touring. She was very responsive. Although we ended up passing on this house the Lowe team kept us in the loop when properties with our requirements became available. Fast forward a year and a half and several showings later, we were introduced to a new home that was about 85% of what we had envisioned building. After some setbacks through the process we ended up with our new dream home. We couldn?t have been happier with how the process was handled. What seemed like a major hurdle to me ended up being handled with ease by Mariam. For this we are very thankful. After moving into our new home we listed our other house for sale with Mariam. This too was a seamless process. All communication was extremely timely. In the end we are very thankful for all the help and professionalism that Mariam provided. I was referred by my colleague to work with the Lowe Team and very fortunately, we have Mariam. We were looking for a house in State College from another state, and we only had two days in State College to view houses. Mariam showed us around 10 houses in two days and she gave us tons of information about the housing market, neighborhoods, and all the tips for buying a house. She also helped us evaluate the real value of the houses. The unique private client system (PCS) of the Lowe Team is a very handy tool -- it contains a lot more useful information than realtor.com and Zillow. Once we decided which to go, she made every effort in negotiating the price, and it saved us a lot of money. At each step of the purchasing, she gave us a comprehensive list to check to make sure we don't miss anything. She also worked hard to push the seller side to make sure everything is on the right track. A few days before the closing, we heard that we had to delay the closing due to some unforeseeable problems. Mariam worked diligently to arrange the accommodation for us and she tried everything to make the transition as smooth as possible. Finally, after her hard work, our house closed after a week (the previous expectation was two weeks). Mariam is very easy to work with. She is professional and informative. I am very happy to recommend her to anybody looking to buy a house.

Even though my budget was small and my situation complicated, he was responsive, patient, and accommodating. In fact, I had been looking at houses with him since March, and he's been by my side the entire time. Having grown up in the area as well as practicing real estate here, he knows a lot about our town and other professionals in the business. He was a valuable resource throughout this home buying process and my previous one in 2009 (which was my first home purchase). COVID-19 really threw the real estate industry for a loop, and many of the steps in my home-buying process were affected. Ryan made sure everything went as smoothly as possible, staying on top of the bankers, inspectors, and appraisers so that we didn't hit any delays. His persistence paid off!
