When we found the home we couldnt pass up, Ryan submitted our offer emiediately and was aggressive during the counter-offer process. In order to get our deal, we had to be flexible with the closing date; 102 days. Throughout that time Ryan stayed on top of the deal to ensure all parties moved forward and didnt go stagnant.
