ZillowVERIFIED I met with Ryan for the first time when I had found a Mobile Home that I was interested in purchasing. During that first meeting, Ryan asked questions and probed in an effort to assess what I was looking for. I was really impressed with his knowledge about the mobile home market. He went over the true cost of ownership, the pros and cons of living in a community where you may own the mobile home but you are renting the lot it sits on and all the costs associate with that. I was so naive and after talking numbers, I realized this was not in my best financial interest. I was totally bummed out. I thought I would be either doomed to renting forever or that what I could afford was going to be in the middle of nowhere in some obscure population 225 town. Ryan offered a ray of hope. He asked what my current rent was, what price I was comfortable with in terms of monthly payments and any aEUR~absolutely not criteria. We parted ways and Ryan immediately when on the hunt. Every day I would receive an email with available homes. I would send him feedback and he would respond within the hour, if not immediately. Within the week he contacted me with some addresses to go look at. And within 3 weeks he found my home. Things moved quickly - very quickly. The team he works with is more like a synchronized Olympic swim team! It is the most impressive experience I have ever had and I have bought a few homes over my lifetime. But you probably want to know why I recommend him as THE premier agent to work with. Ryan takes his time getting to know you. He looks at you when talking and you know hes actively listening. The entire experience is relaxed and comfortable. You know you can say exactly whats on your mind without offending Now that right there is worth its weight in gold! Equally important for me; I knew I could trust him to call it like it is. He would absolutely let me know that based on what I was looking for this might not be the perfect fit and we would check it out and sure enough it was not a good fit OR he would say this looks great in photos - lets look at some other properties - and I knew he was looking for something better for me. And after the sale? Ryan stays invested beyond the sale. Not for what is in it for him, but because when you shake hands with Ryan, you pretty much sealed the deal and gained a genuine friend for life. Last, but definitely not least, I give you my word, Ryan will never be aEUR~too busy for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan Larsen was incredible. When I started my home search process I had no idea what I was in for in this tough market. He saved my bacon on several homes where I thought looked good but once we looked at the house he was looking at things I never thought of. He saved me from buying a house that had massive sewer issues. Also when my lender let me down at the last min on buying a home he found me a great lender that go the job done faster and with a better rate in a home that was pricier then I originally thought. Also, he was super patient with me. This all started in August and I didn't finally find the perfect home until mid-November. He was prompt to always answer my questions within minuites and followed up with me every step of the way. I can't possibly recommend him enough.When it comes time to sell my home in the future I will no doubt be using him again.

He was more picky on some things that I was and pointed little things I didnt want to have to deal with out. Always checked important things in the houses first like the roof water heater...etc. he was always willing to work with my schedule no complaints and got my house for me fast as soon as I picked one.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers and fairly new to Utah, we got so lucky to have Ryan as our realtor. Ryan took the time to know what we were looking for in a house, our budget and the time frame we wanted to be in a house. His knowledge of the area is incredible. We looked from Sandy to Layton. During those searches, there was not one question about the areas that he could not answer. Ryan was always available via text, email. Communication was never an issue. When looking at houses he was honest but not pushy. We never felt rushed to make a decision and if we just weren't feeling it we moved on to the next house. Then it happened we found the perfect house and we moved in before our deadline. We highly recommend Ryan, you wont be disappointed, I promise!

ZillowVERIFIED When you see all 5 stars you think "yeah, yeah, fake account, paid review..." But that is far from the truth with Ryan. I received Ryan's contact information from another realtor friend of mine and we used him to buy our house in eagle mountain. We were originally moving further north and closer to Ryan's area so he showed us around and found some great houses for us. When we decided to move further south he had no complaints, made a list of houses he thought we'd like, and drove 60 miles to meet us everytime we wanted to look at houses. He got us a great deal on the house and the people he suggested for everything were great and knew their stuff as well. When we sold our house I had it on the market under a different realtor who was closer but we couldn't get any bites on the house after two months on the market. I called up Ryan and got him to list the house and it sold in two weeks at my asking price. He set everything up and got us what we wanted, when we wanted it. I wish we could use him again but we are no longer in Utah. On a personal level I consider Ryan a good friend of mine now and have referred him to anyone I knew in the area. A friend of mine is selling his first home and got a quote somewhere else. I gave him Ryan's number and after a call my friend was so excited because Ryan said he could easily sell it for 20k more than the quote and I have complete faith in that. Ryan is an awesome guy and just fun to talk to. If you're buying in the area, go with Ryan and you won't regret it.
