The value of the home was lower for the area, definitely not a high dollar oceanfront property, but Ryan and his team treated it as though it was. Our home was on the market for seven months and the Korros team had several open houses and never stopped doing all they could to find a buyer. As soon as we talked with her for the first time, she promptly set up a portal listing properties at different locations in our price range. On her advice, we drove by the areas and properties first, this ruled out properties from locations we didnt care for and saved us time.
