ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Ryan via the Zillow system when looking at a house we were buying remotely. Obviously buying in a hot market where the house would be purchased sight unseen (except for photos) was very unnerving. Ryan and his team were fantastic. Every time I reached out to him I received a response almost immediately, if not within 24 hours. He took extensive pics and went through the house to make sure the seller met their repair obligations. He guided us through the process and answered, or researched the answer, for everything we asked. My wife and I would often talk about how it seemed we were his only client. This is our third home purchase and we have never had a realtor give us such confidence and attention. If you are looking for a realtor who will work in your best interest, dont hesitate to call Ryan King!

ZillowVERIFIED We have used the Ryan King team twice -once to sell and once to buy. The agents are knowledgeable of the area and take the time to truly know what you do and do not want. The agent who sold our house to us was very honest with us when were looking. The agent who sold our house was attentive, gave our house lots of online attention and gave us good advice on making the house stand out. I have recommended them to friends who want to sell or buy.

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan is the best realtor I have worked with. I have bought and sold 5 times in the last 30 years and this one by far has been the most seamless. He is easy to talk with and was available anytime I had a question or just needed to talk something out. His knowledge and professionalism is truly outstanding and his down to earth personality makes you feel comfortable in what is usually a very stressful time. I enjoyed working with Ryan.

ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't be happier with my experience with Dave and the entire Ryan King real estate team. I was a little worried before I met with Dave because his partner was representing the seller of the house I wanted. I wasn't sure I'd be made a priority. However, from the moment I started working with Dave I felt 100 percent taken care of. He was definitely on my team and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had a ton of questions and he was very clear in his answers, as well as quick to respond to them. I really enjoyed working with him and felt very lucky to have stumbled into him being my buyer's agent. Can't recommend highly enough! Will definitely stick with this team in the future. Thanks again for everything guys!

ZillowVERIFIED I asked Ryan and his team to sell my home after I had already moved to Colo. The home I asked the team to sell needed a specific buyer, as the home was in the woods. With his marketing and work everything went better than I could have asked. All the way through the whole process. His team is top notch, I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Ryan King Team!!Chad
