About Ryan Karns

Real Estate services for a unique experience and perspective from Seattle to Tacoma. The team that I rely on behind the scenes started in 2000 working to help families. I started in financial planning and it took a few years until I realized that without real estate, I couldn't help them completely. Since, things have been fantastic! Focusing mainly in the Seattle-Tacoma area, I've helped hundreds of families, first time buyers, retirees, and everyone in between. Thinking outside the box while you pack yours to move!

When it comes to Real Estate agents, "Grace is a breath of fresh air" from the many experiences I have had with other realtors. We met Grace at an open house she was hosting. Grace struck me as being different. She listened and provided answers to all my questions without being pushy or trying to steer a conversation to be about herself. When asking her specific questions about buying and selling real estate she was willing to spend all the time needed and proved to be very knowledgeable. It became very obvious that she was passionate about real estate, loved her work, loved helping people, and was not simply motivated by making more money for herself, but motivated by how she could best help others. With that in mind I asked her to come drop by and have a look at our house that we wanted to sell. We had 3 very experienced realtors visit the home and listened to why we should choose them to list. We chose Grace because she had demonstrated not only experience and knowledge, but honesty and integrity. Grace did a fabulous job. She hired photographers, got our house staged, made presentation pamphlets, and ensured our home was on numerous web sites as well as M.L.S. Her open houses were professionally done and well timed. Although our home was listed just when the market was taking a sharp downwards drop, it was sold in less than a week for exactly what we wanted. I have bought and sold many homes, and Grace has proven to be the opposite of of a stereotypical realtor. If your looking for a hard working dedicated realtor who is motivated by giving you a positive real estate experience I would highly recommend that you give Grace a call.

Dominique was actually the right hand man to my actual agent. Whenever my agent couldn't make a showing, Dominique was there to fill the gap. He was always on time and was able to provide good information and advice on many properties we looked at. I only gave 3 stars for negotiation skills because I don't know. My agent did all of that for us. I would definitely recommend Dominique!
