Ryan went out of his way to assist my family with finding the perfect house to rent in a very short time frame. Not only did he put together 10 properties to visit in one day (in 24 hrs) he continued to seek homes after we had found one to ensure even if there were issues we would have a place the day we needed. My wife and I had a good experience finding a rental townhome with Ryan's assistance. Finding a larger rental, like a house or townhome, can be daunting because you are usually dealing with individual owners and the quality of the properties can vary widely. Ryan provided us access to a listing website with pictures and descriptions. We rated the various rental options, and then he took the lead from there. Based on our input, he organized excursions to view a few properties all in a row. This saved us a lot of time and effort, so we could simply focus on evaluating the properties. Once we found a place we liked, we had to move fast. Ryan kept up with the fast pace of communication with the listing agent who represented the property owners. In addition to getting the job done, Ryan is a friendly and relaxed person to interact with. Looking for a property, whether a rental or purchase, can be a stressful experience. Ryan has a way of diffusing the stress, whether it be listening to your concerns without overreacting, or buffering you from the stress created by the listing agents and owners.
