I first met Ryan when my husband and I were in the process of home buying. I hadn't found a buyer's agent I had really "clicked" with until I stumbled upon the Hvizda Team, an awesome couple. My husband and I had spent nearly eight years searching for the house that would become our home. Lots of agents talked about "starter homes" and "resale value," but Ryan listened to what we actually wanted. I believe it was 22 days from the time we put in the offer on our house (only two days after seeing it and up against a few other potential buyers) until the day we closed. Ryan made it almost too easy... the process was quick and painless because she was very knowledgeable and responsive. If it wasn't for Ryan, I'm sure one of those other potential buyer's would be living in what is now our home. I'm thankful that our home buying adventure wasn't traumatizing, was exciting and enjoyable, and also scored us two new, quality friends!
