My biggest piece of advice is to speak with professional resources as early in the process as possible. In addition to helping you build a firm plan and timeline, a realtor can introduce you to fantastic lenders who can help advise from a financial standpoint. That way, when you are ready to really get serious, you know your financial position allows for what you you want/need.

Be realistic and make sure your realtor is educating you on the current market. A quality realtor should be able to advise what improvements (if any) are needed to increase the value of your home. They should also be prepared to offer detailed market analysis which showcase exactly what your home is worth - As the market is ever-changing, these analysis should be too to reflect the local market in the moment. Don't be afraid to interview listing agents to see who offers the most value in their process and marketing efforts, and who will be most professional and communicative.

Recently I have been really proud of an Atlanta condo sale transaction we represented. Our seller came to us with a goal of listing quickly and let us know immediately he was interviewing agents. Because of our quickness to act, detailed market analysis, and high-value marketing plans, we were able to win the listing. As the cherry on top, this condo was sold (as in closed) within a month of being listed. It was so great to win the trust of this client, but more so to deliver on our promises. Great success!

Our Founder, Ryan Graham, is a licensed broker which allows him a deeper knowledge of real estate through extended education. Every member of our team has attended Keller Williams trainings such as BOLD, Family Reunion, and MegaCamp. Several of our agents have gained their specialty bade in Diversity and Inclusion. We also have agents on our team who have extensive experience in the REO and investment fields.
