About Ryan Gehricke

As a public servant of the Metro-Atlanta area for five years, I understand first-hand how important trust, honesty, and relationships are to any community. I served as a Police Officer, Detective, and a member of the North Metro SWAT team with the City of Sandy Springs, and practiced these traits daily. Many of the skills I developed have carried over into my real estate career. Since 2018, I have invested in and managed personal rental properties, I am well-versed in Real Estate and a long-term investment goal turned into a passionate career.
