ZillowVERIFIED The home we ended up buying was a foreclosure and was an outstanding deal. As our buyers agent, Ryan alerted us the day this came on the market as a must see. We saw and put an offer in right away. He suggested a price we offer as well as the counter offer price. The good deal became a better deal thanks to Ryan's guidance. The house took several months to close for various reasons on the seller's side, but Ryan always kept us in the loop as to what was happening and worked really hard to keep the seller moving things forward. We got a smokin' deal on a great house in the best neighborhood and this would not have happened had we not had Ryan on our side! Five stars and will absolutely choose Ryan to work with again in the future. This time listing and buying.
