    About Ryan Dyal

Moving across country every few years ended when Ryan and his bride landed in Charleston. "What's not to love? The trees, the marsh, the people, and the fishing...oh the fishing." After 13 years in banking and finance, Ryan realized his entrepreneur side. He has owned and operated several small businesses. "Being a handyman, I always wanted to invest in real estate." What better way to start the journey than to learn real estate from the pros. Going to Real Estate school ignited a passion to become a full time agent. "I had no idea how helpful an agent could be to the buying or selling process. I have fallen in love with helping people get through a stressful process that can sometimes sap the joy out of something so special." Ryan is light enough to keep you smiling and serious enough to handle negotiations. Whether you are buying or selling, Ryan brings years of negotiating experience to the table. Keeping his clients needs above all else, "I am not looking for a fast deal. I want to be your real estate agent for life."

    Answered Questions

Can I get more than one realtor?

You may only have one Exclusive Real Estate agent in a transaction. So choose wisely. Feel free to shop around. Find an agent you "click" with and who you trust. Buying and selling a home is stressful. It really helps when you get along with your agent well. If you do not like or trust your agent, it will be unpleasant for you and your agent alike. :)

    Should I do a final walk-through?

YES. I recommend doing a walk through. There is always a chance you find something wrong. Like a missing appliance. Better to catch it prior to closing.

Should I do a home inspection?

Yes. EVEN if you are handy yourself. I recommend getting a pro to crawl into the crawl space and into the attic. They get paid to find everything wrong so you can make an informed decision. Agents can also request repairs based on the report given. Best money spent in a home purchase is the inspection.

How to sell a home with joint ownership

I wish I could answer your concerns. But, the question was not completed. I would suggest contacting a real estate attorney in your area for advice on how to prepare the dead to list.
