Review Ryan helped us with buying our first investment property, and it was a particularly challenging one, some won?t even schedule a showing for us. Not Ryan, he?s very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond, he gave us all the details that we need to make an informed decision. I know we were supposed to use our own mortgage and insurance brokers, but his recommendations were at much much better rate, and a lot more responsive than our own. He surrounds himself with good and responsive people, and have someone for everything we needed. We were able to make this deal happen because of him, and we are very glad he?s our agent.

Review Let me start off by saying if youre looking for a real estate agent, Ryan is the realtor you want. My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers. To add to that, I was relocating from Boston to New Jersey with my boyfriend. From the first conversation with Ryan, I knew this was the perfect realtor to work with. He was straight to the point, clear, concise, knowledgeable, and ensured us that we would find our home in this tough market. We started looking in November and had an offer accepted the week of Thanksgiving. We got a great price on our home due to Ryan, his experience, and knowledge. He asked for us to just trust him, which was hard for us control freaks LOL, but we did trust him & knew we were in great hands. Review Ryan has been extremely helpful with the home buying process. This was my first time buying a home and Ryan helped me look at least 20 houses before I called the 21st home. He has been very patient and provided some good insights into the market and current conditions. We have been looking all over North Jersey with a driving distance greater than 10 miles between houses at times. I want to note specially even though he was going through a very difficult time towards the end of the process he made sure I had a smooth closing including coordinating with the seller's agent. Review Everything with Ryan was great until closing. The day we closed we had to drive an hour to pick up our keys and was told if we didnt go and get them that we would have to wait until end of day. I felt as if werent made a priority.
