ZillowVERIFIED In late 2019, and into early 2020, I was preparing to retire, working to finish the last couple of months of work in Chicago and commuting to Traverse City as often as possible to search for a new home. I wasn?t sure what I was looking for or how much I wanted to invest in the property. My searching hadnt turned up anything I was interested in, but when I found Jenni and Ryan things began to turn around. Jenni listened, really listened, to me when I told her what I was thinking, and she began to identify properties that might be of interest. Throughout my numerous one-day in and out trips to Traverse City she always made herself available to tour new and interesting properties; and did a great job of checking out properties I had seen on-line and passed along to her. Shortly before retirement day came along, Jenni and my sister-in-law, as my proxy, called and announced they?d found just the right place. I took them at their word, said yes, and a couple of days later we were signing paperwork for a condo near downtown Traverse City (we were signing the day before the country shut down in the face of the pandemic). I can?t thank Jenni, Ryan and their team enough for putting up with my crazy schedule and timeline, my somewhat quirky ideas, my indecision and, of course, the whole pandemic thing which had us all in a state of chaos. They are totally professional, well-organized, helpful and patient. If, and when, it ever comes time to move again, they?ll certainly be the first to know!

Gordon Liechti and Faith VanRyswyk did an incredible job of determining how to market this home, utilizing drone footage, videos and photography. They scheduled multiple open houses on social media and Zillow. We were provided with reports after each showing and open house. Gordon even travelled out to the home to be available during various inspections. They were incredibly respectful of our time and scheduled the closing process in such a way to make it a breeze for us. ZillowVERIFIED Throughout the process of working with them, Ryan, Jenni and their team felt more like family than like realtors. These are good people that are in the business not to make money, but to help people through some of the most important decisions of their lives. I worked will their whole team, but Ryan and Jenni in particular made me feel so comfortable and safe. In my case, I was buying land with the plan of building a home in the near future. Ryan not only walked me through the land purchase, but also the process of building. He and Jenni have done this themselves both personally and professionally and had great insights and connections in the Traverse City construction world (which, right now, is chaotic to say the least!). When working with a realtor, relationships are EVERYTHING to me. When theres a lot of money to be made, there is always the potential of disingenuous, if not unscrupulous behavior. Ryan and Jenni are the opposite of this. I found them to be extremely genuine people; kind, honest, generous, family-oriented members of our local community. If establishing a caring relationship with highly competent realtors is important to you, then you have found the right people. Ryan and Jenni have my highest recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan and Jenni are the BEST! I spent close to a year trying to find a place in Traverse City (moving from IL) in the worst possible time (2021). I needed to find something I could afford and was functional for my family. My key factors were home functionality (I was looking for my forever home), price, and location. They stuck by me through it all! Endless viewings, virtual walk troughs, multiple offers submitted, etc. They continued to be optimistic when I thought all hope was lost; the 2021 school year was starting soon and I would have had to stay in IL until after it ended. They found me the MOST amazing house for me and my kids, amazing price, and amazing location. I put in an offer sight unseen (I had that much confidence in them). Im so thankful I found Jenni and Ryan and would recommend them to everyone looking to buy or sell their real estate. Theyre down to earth GREAT people and I enjoyed working with them immensely. Ryan and Jenni have been nothing short of amazing. They have had our back throughout the whole home selling and buying process. We sold our house and then had to pause looking at homes during the whole Covid thing but Ryan and Jenni never stopped looking out for us, continually sending us homes to look at online, setting up virtual tours, and keeping us up to the second when the market opened back up for us to walk through houses which at that time had set up EVERY house we had an interest in for showings immediately, some days even multiple houses in the same day back to back.
