I cannot say enough great things about Kate! Relocating from Seattle to Columbus, I was searching long distance in some cases. I did do some visits in person while in town, but "the one" came on the market after I had left Columbus. Knowing exactly what I was looking for, Kate contacted me asap about a house the first day it came on the market, she toured it via FaceTime with me, and immediately knew it was what I was looking for. At the end of the day, my offer was accepted and "the one" was mine! Being strategic, thinking out of of the box, and prompt was what made the house mine.
