I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all backgrounds! From first time buyers, move-up buyers, sellers big and small, investors, and families relocating to and from Oklahoma. One recent transaction that really stands out was helping a young family purchase their first home after years of saving and planning. They were nervous about the process, so I walked them through each step! From getting pre-approved to understanding the contract to negotiating repairs we were on the same page the whole time and made sure to have some fun along the way! We found a great home in a competitive area! With a strong offer strategy we secured it quickly! There were a few little hiccups along the way, including a tight appraisal timeline and a last minute lender request but I handled each issue behind the scenes so they never felt stressed. Seeing them get the keys, knowing it was a huge milestone for their family is the kind of moment that reminds me why I love what I do. Moments like that are why I’m committed to communication, trust, and taking care of my clients from start to finish.

I’ve always been interested in real estate! it was actually something I studied in college. However, since that was around the 2008 market crash, I decided not to jump straight into the industry. Instead, I took some time to explore other business avenues, gain experience, and develop skills that ultimately helped shape me into a stronger, more well rounded Realtor. Eventually, I came back to what I always knew I wanted to do: help people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives!

Definitely! I majored in Business Administration and minored in marketing in college with a focus on real estate. This gave me a strong foundation in contracts, market principles, and strategic marketing. Over the years I’ve earned several professional designations, including: SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) COR (Certified Owner Representative), and RENE (Real Estate Negotiations Expert), and I also hold my broker’s license!
