Especially, I am very thankful to Ryan for the following qualities as realtor, I think these set him clearly apart from the many realtors out there: 1) He always provides his honest and expert opinion about a property value, pros and cons. He tells you straight what he thinks, and provides a clear, honest recommendation based on his keen understanding of the market, the specific property, and timing. Other realtors would go around in circles never providing a clear recommendation or opinion, just repeating back what you tell them in different words, which I always found frustrating and useless. Ryan is different, he is very clear in providing his honest opinion and recommendation, but at the same time he is not pushy at all, he just tells you what he recommends, then it is totally up to you what to do based on your preference and variables, with no pressure from him. 2) Ryan is very responsive, he always got back to me within few minutes by phone or email, even when I contacted him late in the day or during weekends. He also reached out immediately to the selling counterparts on my behalf when needed, and always found a way to give me the information I needed in a timely fashion. 3) At no charge, Ryan helped me even after completion of the purchase to find good tenants, by providing expert advice. His tips and suggestions were very valuable and were instrumental in finding an excellent long-term tenant. I am convinced that Ryan helped me save money during the purchase, and he helped me getting the best ROI after the purchase. 4) Ryan dedicated a significant amount of time helping me visit various properties, with no obligation and always found a way to arrange visits when my schedule allowed. I also liked that he is very efficient and wastes no time unnecessarily. I highly recommend Ryan as a realtor based on my experience working with him.
