His marketing strategy optimized buyer exposure and showing activity. Ryan's followup with other agents was great and he gave us immediate feedback on showings. He was committed fully to selling our house--during one lengthy showing he answered questions almost the entire time by phone from the potential buyer through the realtor conducting the showing.
