ZillowVERIFIED I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Ryan Branco, who was the listing agent for the house I was purchasing. I must say that my overall experience with them was highly disappointing and frustrating, to say the least. First and foremost, their communication skills were severely lacking. Throughout the entire process, I constantly had to chase them for updates, and they were unresponsive to my inquiries and concerns. It felt like pulling teeth to get any information out of them, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a client. To make matters worse, after the closing, I was shocked to discover that they had left their sign on my property for a whole week. This was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to me as the new homeowner. It showed a complete lack of attention to detail and a lack of respect for my property. However, the most egregious offense was the intentional hiding of damage to the floors with staging furniture. When I first toured the house, everything appeared to be in good condition. However, once the furniture was removed after the home inspection and the closing process, it became apparent that there was significant damage to the floors that had been conveniently concealed. It seemed as though they had purposely staged the furniture to hide these flaws, which is completely unethical and deceptive. As a realtor, one would expect honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Unfortunately, Ryan Branco demonstrated none of these qualities throughout our transaction. Their poor communication skills, negligence with property signage, and deliberate concealment of damage have left me deeply dissatisfied and regretful for choosing to work with them. I strongly advise anyone considering working with Ryan to think twice and proceed with extreme caution. They do not prioritize their clients' needs and fail to deliver the level of service and transparency that should be expected from a professional in the real estate industry. Save yourself the frustration and find a realtor who truly values their clients and conducts business with the utmost integrity.

I was in a situation where I had received military orders a little later than expected which forced us into compressed schedule so obviously as homeowner it was extra stressful for us. The day I met Ryan I had a few other agents in mind that I wanted to speak with but his passion, knowledge and confidence in his team's ability to produce made me a believer! I was not disappointed. I was forced to sell at a bad time but Ryan and Lilia worked harder than I expected especially around the Christmas season. It all paid off around the first of the year and within the first two weeks of 2019 our house was in escrow and fortunately we were able to close right on time. Aside from being great at their job you can also tell that they are great people. Ryan and Lilia are very big on family and once you start working with them you will feel like part of their family as well. I am looking forward to continuing our great friendship with them in the future and there is no one else I would rather help me sell or find a home than them. I would be out of line if i did not mention Michelle. Her responsiveness during the entire process was 5 star! If we had a question she would answer back most of the time before we put the phone down. She has all around excellent customer service and it doesn't matter what time of day it is she will get back to you.
