A branch fell off my tree crushing my neighbors fence 2 weeks before closing and Ryan handled it. Then the neighbor behind us had their lawyer send a letter regarding our fence line less than a week before closing and Ryan took care of that too! Ryan had our house professionally staged and photographed which I believe made a huge difference. Ryan answered his phone when sellers called, followed up with the buyers agents after viewings to see what their clients thought and Ryan even provoked a bidding war adding increasing our sales price by over $15k!
