When it became time for my mom to sell the condo we immediately wanted to work with Ryan again. He responded right away and gave us helpful advice on prepping the space for showings. He was very helpful to our family regarding the current market, marketing strategy and time frame we could likely expect. ZillowVERIFIED Ryan makes himself available to his clients. We thought this was above and beyond, and really enjoyed his responsiveness at multiple times a day to us. Ryan seemed very knowledgeable for homes in the Portage/Kalamazoo/Mattawan area. Ryan made the home purchasing process relatively straightforward. As first time home buyers, he was ready to answer any questions we had and provided us with resources when requested to further our understanding. Ryan also shared local resources for insurance companies, mortgage lenders/brokers, inspection/pest referrals, which was helpful to us as we were not familiar with the area. At the end of the day, Ryan did a great job and made the transition into our home buying process fairly smooth. Ryan does his job, and he does it well. Personally, we wish the process did not feel as rushed and immediate and that we were counseled a bit more when it came to negotiations as first time home buyers. What Ryan did was great and tactful, but reflecting back, we wonder if there was more room to be more aggressive and less conservative in our negotiations. Overall, we would recommend Ryan to others, but with the encouragement for them to do their own research and understand what they want out of a realtor.

He didn?t sugar coat details to try and gain our business. He was honest about the entire process and made the whole process go extremely smoothly.
