My husband and I are first-time buyers are we had very specific criteria: we wanted to buy a house within the city of Boulder with a certain budget criteria with about two months. With Ryan's help we quickly started looking at a number of houses and she gave us her honest opinion along the way - she was never trying to get us to choose something quickly. When we found the house that we wanted to make an offer on, Ryan was a shrewd negotiator and educated us about different options when putting in our offer that we wouldn't have known about otherwise, including a rate buy-down from the sellers. Ryan worked around the clock to negotiate our offer and helped us through closing. I highly recommend her for any first-time or experienced buyer.
