With Ryan Argues knowledge of the Orange County real estate market, his great negotiating skills and overall professionalism, we were able to set a record for the highest price sold for a one bedroom condo in the Expressions complex in Laguna Niguel. When you first meet with Ryan to begin the selling process, you immediately notice his confidence and how effortless he makes the total selling process. After discussing with him what we should list for, he presents and aggressive but realistic price so you dont have to play the price drop game. I asked if he knew how long the unit would take to sell and without skipping a beat, he said we would be in escrow in four weeks and within two weeks we had a near full price offer. One other point worth noting was during our listing, another agent listed my same floor plan with comparable upgrades for $45k less and not surprisingly, they had an immediate offer. Its my opinion that most agents are either part time agents, dont know the markets ups and downs or are only concerned with a quick commission. I would be kicking myself if I left that much money on the table. Ryan works seven days a week and is always available to talk and makes you feel like you are his most important client. To me, there is no other agent to use and when I'm ready to buy again, Ill make only one call to Ryan.
