Ruthie was absolutely amazing to work with! This was my first time purchasing a house and Ruthie helped me out so much she went above and beyond in every step of this process. She helped me with figuring out the rehabilitation process for buying a house that needed work and was very patient with helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Ruthie went above and beyond for our family! I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a home in Humboldt County. She walked us through each step of the way from search through close (and even afterward to make sure all was going smoothly!). She made herself available whenever we had questions and helped us through negotiations including quickly arranging contractors to give us bids on repairs needed.
