Being from out of state Ruth went out of her way, kept me informed, new precisely what I was looking for and dollar amount I needed to get into. Ruth sold our house in Oak Park, even though she wasn't familiar with the market. She made the time to visit other houses in the area and gave us great advice on what she saw and how we could benefit. She does not shoot from the hip, but takes her time to make sure the advice she's giving is correct. Our roller-coaster closing process was made less hair-raising because of her calm demeanor. She was always available to answer questions.
