Ruth and Sam Ratner

Some REALTORSA(R) stand out from the crowd. Ruth is one of a kind in a demanding business, juggling work, family and community service. As a daughter of a local developer, her first job was that of a laborer in one of many neighborhoods in town. She credits her success to the role models and mentors in her life in addition to the strong local and family ties she maintains. Ruth has a B.S. from the University of Vermont Business Management School. Additionally, Ruth involves herself with various associations and organizations. She earned her CRS designation in 2000 (only 5% of all REALTORSA(R) share). As a member for many years of the Home Builders Association of New Haven County, this is where her passion is as a New Construction Specialist. Professionally she is active with the Cheshire Chamber of Commerce and is a graduate of Cheshire Leadership 2004. She is also on Cheshire's School/Business Partnership Council. S
