In 2001, I got my Real Estate license and have been selling homes in the Colorado Springs area ever since. My husband, Jack, is retired from the Army and the experience of moving while he was in the service, has given me a good understanding for what Military families go through during a duty move. Tim served 5 yrs in the Navy and currently works in Washington State as a civilian for the Navy. Haley is majoring in Theatre at UCCS and aspires to be an actor. Jack currently works on Ft. Carson at the hospital in the logistics field. Ruth did an excellent job from the beginning to the end to sell our house. She had it beautifully staged and did excellent recommendations that every step of the way. She listened to our concerns and gave appropriate answers. The first cash buyer offered the asking price within a week. However, it was contingent on the sale of their house, and it fell through. We took it off the market in the winter because sales weren't expected but it sold again within a week when we put it back on the market. Ruth is very responsive to any question or concern you might have. Ruth is highly recommended!
