ZillowVERIFIEDRuth did an excellent job from the beginning to the end to sell our house. She had it beautifully staged and did excellent recommendations that every step of the way. She listened to our concerns and gave appropriate answers. The first cash buyer offered the asking price within a week. However, it was contingent on the sale of their house, and it fell through. We took it off the market in the winter because sales weren't expected but it sold again within a week when we put it back on the market. Ruth is very responsive to any question or concern you might have. Ruth is highly recommended!
