Ruth was the only agent who delivered what I asked for when qualifying which agent to help me prepare, plan, price and promote the house. I chose Ruth based on that alone, and it proved itself out. She's thoughtful, prepares well and thoroughly and thinks through each step in the process. We had nine offers over asking and accepted the strongest one. I would definitely recommend using Ruth.(and I have bought and sold over a half a dozen houses in the Bay Area. Ruth is the best.

We have just purchased our second home with expert help from Ruth. She helped us buy our first home and helped us find our second home in 2015. We had to sell our current home and find our next home all at the same time. She did an amazing job, since it was very tricky to get the two to work out together. She was always available when we needed her, and spent a lot of time helping us find the right place. She knows how to handle any difficult situation that might come up, and we where impressed at how she knows all the details involved in selling and buying homes. She was really experienced and easy to work with.
