ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a realtor that always has your best interest in mind or that will not stop working until you have the house that you have always wanted. Ruth is your realtor. We have family member that is a local realtor but after viewing a property that Ruth was representing, we made a choice to choose Ruth instead of our family friend. This decision was made on her expertise of the area we were looking for (Gilroy, San Martin, Hollister), type of property, and after our conversation we knew what she communicated weren?t empty promises. We worked with Ruth for over a year as we had a very strict criteria for the house and property. Even with us being difficult at times and the long journey she never did not put her best forward and even treated us like her only clients. If you are buying a country property DO NOT make the mistake and not use Ruth.. I can?t stress this enough. The knowledge of personally living on country property, the market and the connections you won?t regret it. I truly can say Ruth works with good ethics always first on her mind. We started this process as complete strangers to Ruth. In the end she is part of our life as a friend and is the center piece to us owning our dream house.

I moved from other state and thanks to all her expertise, we were able to find our house very fast. She help us to compare several cities and to see the differences between them. She help us to get an idea about the issues on the properties and the potential cost for us. After almost one year living in our house we can tell we got a great deal. She speaks Spanish, which is a great plus, since she will be able to help you in your own language.

ZillowVERIFIED Ruth has helped my husband and I on both ends of our house transactions -- buying and selling. We bought a country property were there was a massive amount of investigative work, particularly with the County, to be done. She took it upon herself to do ALL the legwork. In fact because she is so meticulous she found out about a test that had to be done on the property, which had a three week window and if we would had missed it, we could not have built on the property for a year (and therefore, we would have not been able to acquire the land). The County is a difficult organization to navigate through, but Ruth gracefully does not take "no" for an answer. She does it in a way that people want to help her and we could never have closed in thirty days if she was not so skilled and tactful. Of course, my favorite part about her is she is a FIERCE (let me bold and underline that word) negotiator and we got an outstanding price on our 5 acre lot. My dream house will become a reality, because of her. If you want a realtor that is lovely to work with, always goes above and beyond for you and gets you the best price possible go with Ruth Garcia!
