ZillowVERIFIED In 2008, when I was in the market for a house 'down the shore', I had no idea where to start. So, I picked up the phone book and started to 'cold call' at random. Some folks came across as 'okay' others too pushy. Ruth Anne sounded sincere and I had a good feeling about her. I told her what I was looking for: price point, bedrooms, flooring, amenities, etc. After a little more chatting, I made an appointment. She showed me exactly what I wanted. There were several I liked and asked her to let me think about them. She didn't hassle me with continuous phone calls: " Have you made a decision, yet?" No sales pressure.She guided me thru the sale from beginning to end and it was a non-traumatic experience. She answered every call or answered my voice messages in a timely matter, {reassuring}.In 2014, when it came time to sell the residence I purchased, {for personal/family reasons}, I immediately called Ruth Anne, explained the situation, as a seller this time, and she went to work for me finding buyers. Needless to say the house was sold. I have no hesitancy recommending Ruth Anne for buying or selling.As an addendum, after I bought the first house, she called several times to make sure everything was going well. I referred several friends to Ruth Anne and they also have been pleased with her assistance and work ethic.Unfortunately, my health issues prevented me from purchasing another home with her assistance but this did not make a difference, she had become a friend who helped me out in my time of need.So, if your looking to buy or sell I have no hesitation in sending you to Ruth Anne - she will find a home for you!
