She made sure that we understand the whole process of purchasing a home, and put our need for a home as a priority. During the 5 weeks of house hunting, Ruta and Nick taught us to recognize the pros and cons of a house, and soon we feel like we become a Pro because of the knowledge they passed to us. We made 4 offers along the way, and finally landed and closed at the 4th one, its been a tough market, but Ruta helped us to get the house we wanted. She used her extensive network to connect every dot. Our bid came in late, and she pulled everything together in record time. We had multiple hiccups with financing, due to the timing of our cross-country move, and in the end Ruta saved the deal by identifying a lender who could accommodate our situation. I cannot overemphasize how excellent Ruta is as an agent. She is a wonderful person as well. If you are looking for an agent, call Ruta.
