My background has proven to be an asset to my clients in contract writing and negotiations, and I love being able to have a hand in helping my clients with their diverse needs. Rusty was very helpful throught the whole process of purchasing a house. The house. I purchased was a fixer upper for me which required a septic to be replaced before purchasing. Rusty made sure the seller did what was required of them something for which I was very helpful. Bieng a military spouse with my husband deployed required that I rely on Rusty's experience to help me get the house that we wanted. I would and will recommend Rusty to anyone that needs to purchase or sell a home.
