ZillowVERIFIEDRusty from the very beginning was awesome . We had communicated with him the sale of the home was up and coming. From that point on, we were able to contact him with any questions we had up until we were ready to place the home on sale. Once the process started with selling the home, Rusty was available every second of the way. He asked several questions to understand what was most important to us when selling the home. Thanks to Rusty, the very first day the home was put up for sale we had two offers come in. The very next day there was another offer. All three offers were for over selling price!! By the end of the week there were four offers. The home had been lived in for the past 60 years by one owner. So, Rusty made sure we knew who we were selling to by requesting each potential home buyer to write a letter about themselves. This helped greatly in choosing to whom we wanted to sell. Within a month the home was put up for sale and sold. He made the selling process so easy and to our surprise fast! Rusty is definitely one to hire in selling a home. We are sure he is awesome in helping buyers find their dream home. We just loved working with Rusty!
