Many people know me by my slogan "If You're Fussie Insist on Russie."
Listings are my specialty. I like listing homes because my marketing material is unique. Advertising has always been very important to me. It gives me a chance to show my creativity. My professional photography, knowledge and technology sell my listings quickly. Staging has always been my passion. I offer this complimentary service to all of my sellers.
I also enjoy working with Buyers. I am very patient and I listen! I show my Buyers what they want and not what I want. I enjoy helping my Buyers make one of the most important decisions in their life. My customers tell me that I am always available. When they want to see a home, I am diligent in arranging a time which is convenient for them. I answer the phone and when I am unable to answer, I return calls promptly.
My life has always been a challenge but I enjoy a challenge! When negotiating, I like to think that my Buyers are getting a great buy and my Sellers are getting the best possible price for their home.
Since I have been a realtor for over 25 years, I am very familiar with many areas. I welcome the idea of venturing out of my areas and finding other possible options for my Buyers.

Answered Questions
Have a realtor walk through your home and point out items that will need to be addressed. Consider renting a storage unit if you have too much stuff. Do a good deep cleaning. Make sure that you do not have any pet odors. Check the interior and exterior paint. Curb appeal is very important. If it is the right time of the year, I would add some colorful plants. I always give my prospective Sellers, a list on how to prepare your home for sale. This list is also helpful to follow so that the professional photographer can take photos that will look amazing.
