ZillowVERIFIED Russ and I met at the office. I approached an agent name Charles, but he asked if it mattered whether or not Russ helped me. He wanted to help Russ. I wanted Russ and I to achieve the goal. I immediately knew he was the youngest or new. We greeted one another with a firm handshake. I wondered if Russ could get us through the door. I began to inquire about the email I received. Russ stated "let's see if you qualify." He asked whether or not I wanted to take the application with me or fill it out there? Being concerned he offered to show some homes as Charles suggested.Russ and I entered his truck and began to discuss homes. The conversation led to the developers that built in Marion over the last decade. He seemed knowledgeable about the builders I asked about. Russ showed me five homes. Three were available for sale in a neighborhood which I had seen before. As the anxiety built Russ and I appeared on the door step of the first home. He allowed me the freedom to view the home while discussing noticeable issues at hand. Keep in mind the homes weren't quite finished and Russ assured me any mishaps would be corrected by the builder. With three homes down and not quite sold I entered the dream home. I told Russ "this is home" I didn't need to see anything else. I stated if my wife says the same we will take it. Russ told me if anything wasn't at my liking, that, we could build another. I asked Russ if Saturday we could give my wife the tour. He stated yes and we headed back to the office. Russ and I confirmed the next meeting. He began to tell me, that, he was a baseball coach. He let me know his availability. He told me Charles would help if he was out of the office or with another client.

ZillowVERIFIED Russel was great. He was really great at keeping us calm when the construction on the house was not exactly where it should be. He made sure to speak with the builder of the home everyday about the progress of the house. If it was not finished best believe he would then call until it was. He was very understand when it came to us picking out a house for our first home. He was very transparent about items such as quality control, effectiveness or anything else we asked his thoughts on. He made sure to work hard to find us a home that supported what we NEEDED but made extra sure we at least got some things we WANTED , which was amazing. He was very diligent in his response through email, text, and phone calls. He made sure that if there was something he did not know about the house to find out. He went above and beyond to give my husband and I a great home buying experience. He made sure we were very understand as to what we would be getting into , as well as he put all worries we had to rest. They say that home buying can be a hard and stressful experience. Trust me with Russell it wont be.
