There are so many wonderful things to say about Russ. I'd love to share our experience with anyone wondering if Russ should be the person they connect with to help find them a home. My husband and I were first time buyers and we were connected with Russ through a website while we were looking at a perspective house. We met Russ that weekend and he had lined up 5 houses for us to see. All within our budget and requirements. The houses did not end up being the one we ultimately chose, but Russ listened closely to our feedback and started to truly understand what it was we were after. A few weeks later, Russ set up a few more appointments for us and while one of the houses was extremely interesting, we still decided to wait a bit longer. Then Russ called us and said he found a house he thinks we will love and can we get up to Greenwich to see it asap? Well, Russ was right, it was our dream home. Russ never gave up hope in finding us the perfect home, he worked tirelessly to make sure we were well informed, he is extremely professional and well connected throughout the area, and he became more than a broker, he truly became a friend. Russ is not just an amazing broker, he is an amazing person. He honestly cares about your future in Greenwich and ultimately he wants you to be happy in your future home. We never felt pressured and Russ always encouraged us to take our time and think things through. He truly was a blessing throughout the entire process. Now that we have found our home and will be moving to the area, we look forward to continuing our friendship with Russ and would highly encourage you to take advantage of Russ' knowledge, attention to detail, tenacity, kindness, and overall positive attitude. Russell came highly recommended to me, he not only exceeded all my expectations but he went above and beyond to make sure I was getting everything on my wish list and made the whole buying process seamless! Russell was always available as well as quick to respond to any and all communication. Where others would drop the ball Russell stepped up and made it happen even though it was not a part of his role in the purchase process. All his referrals from the legal firm to companies needed for all aspects of the home inspection process were top notch and extremely friendly as well as accommodating as they said they would do anything for Russell! My lender said they have never seen such a quick and seamless loan/closing process as mine. I have dealt with many realtors throughout the years from California, Florida and NY and I have to say Russell has been by far the best!!!
