ZillowVERIFIED Russell was a great agent! I came into town for a job interview, and wanted to tour just a few house options, and was met with an absolute angel! Russell showed up at my hotel to pick me up (mind you, I told him the NIGHT before I left to come to LA what I was hoping to do!), drive me to 3 different homes, and toured all over LA for 4 hours! This was all with the understanding that I did not yet have the job, nor that it was set that we were going to be moving. He went above and beyond the call, was gracious, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about all the different little pockets of LA (which can be extremely overwhelming to someone from out of town). He asked very specific questions about our needs (schools, distance to offices, work expectations, etc.) to guide his suggestions on homes that would work for us. In the end, the offer for the job did not end up getting taken, and still Russell follows up with us and checks in to see how we are doing. What an absolute amazing PERSON, who is also wonderful at their job.
