We feel incredibly lucky to have found Russell. From start to finish, he was on top of everything and truly held our hand through the entire process. Escrow always seemed like this daunting, complicated hurdle, but he broke it down and made it feel simple and stress-free for my wife and me. What really stood out was how insanely responsive he was aEUR" every call, text, or email got a quick answer. On top of that, he had trusted connections for every inspection and repair we needed (roofing, foundation, plumbing, landscaping, termite, appraisal, general inspection). If youre looking for a realtor in Los Angeles who somehow manages to be part tour guide, part therapist, and part house-whisperer, Russell Dunn is your guy. My partner and I were relocating from Portland to LA, and he made what could have been a stressful, long-distance house hunt surprisingly fun. We thought a California bungalow by the beach was out of our league, but Russell proved us wrong. He listened closely to what we wanted, educated us on what was realistic, and then somehow pulled off the impossibleaEUR"finding us our dream home in Playa del Rey. He brought not just professionalism and deep knowledge of the market, but also a sense of humor and calm perspective that made the process feel less overwhelming (a skill he may have honed from his years working in the film industry). Although we havent met his dog Chase in person YET, the photos and stories made us feel like we had a furry cheerleader rooting us (and our doggos) on from afar. Thanks to Russell (and Chase!), were now happily settling into a home we didnt think we could have and we couldnt be more grateful.
