We needed to sell this home remotely since we do not live in AZ which can create obvious challenges. Russ helped us navigate the entire process and was always one or two steps ahead. A second offer came in, but Russ did some research on the potential buyer, told us things he found out, so we decided we didn't want to accept the offer even though the first offer had a troubling contingency. We didn't want to stick our former, wonderful neighbors with a flake. So Russ continued to work with the original buyers' realtor to get everything pulled together. I would not hesitate to recommend Russ to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house.

Living in Northern California, we required an agent who has a spectrum of knowledge about Green Valley as well as being able to navigate a transaction via long distance. Trust is key in all real estate business but really was crucial with our purchase. Russ showed us many properties prior to Covid, we ended up putting an offer on a property that we didnt see until the inspection was completed. I found Russ online and reached out to him to help us find our retirement neighborhood and home.
