ZillowVERIFIED Ruslana was wonderful to work with during the long process of buying our beach home. Living 3 hours away was a challenge, however, Ruslana continuously communicated with us and was always sending us progress pictures. She was very responsive to our questions and needs during the long 7 month process. If we ever sell or buy again Ruslana will be the first phone call we make. She's terrific and you will not be disappointed with her service!

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Ruslana through a listing of hers and even though that listing did not work out we continued to work together to find me a 2nd home that worked for me. Ruslana went above and beyond in finding me a place and since I am not local took photos and videos of places that I was not able to see. Ruslana also helped connect me to another client of hers who was downsizing to help get me furniture for my new vacation home. I would definitely contact her again for my Delaware real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We decided to list our home during an extremely bad time...the winter months and a pandemic. Ruslana was very professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions we had. We live almost 200 miles away from our summer home, so she handled everything for us. We decided not to attend the settlement and everything progressed very smoothly. We highly recommend Ruslana!

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Ruslana Stoykova was very rewarding. I had to sell a house from an area that I was not familiar and very far away. Ruslana was able to successfully work with me over such a long distance and get the property sold in a very short amount of time and still get me a price much higher than other agents wanted to list for.

ZillowVERIFIED Two and a half months ago I purchased a home in Milford, DE with Ruslana. However, I wasn't going to be able to move in until the end of May and Ruslana kept me updated on a new roof and shed installation. She also took pictures and video of the new roof, new shed and yard maintenance that was being performed in my absence. I purchased a new truck and parked it in the garage of my new residence and Ruslana was kind enough to drive the truck around neighborhood a few times per month. This will ensure that the truck will be in good working order when I do finally arrive to Milford in a few weeks. She also took many pictures of the truck. Another great quality about Ruslana is that she truly looks out for her clients before and after closing. Even after closing in mid-March she continued to keep me informed about utilities, coved-19 status and other valuable information. After, I negotiated skipping my first mortgage payment with my bank due to the virus and having to pay Hawaii rent at the same time Ruslana suggested that I find out more about process. She of course was correct about there being more than just simply extending the life of the mortgage by one month and I cancelled the process. She has truly gone above and beyond for me throughout the three month purchasing process and the two and a half months following closing. She was even able to negotiate a $3,000.00 roof credit from the seller that went towards closing cost. I am very fortunate to have chosen to be a client of Ruslana's and she is highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Ruslana went above and beyond what we expected a realtor to do. When we needed to contact her, there was always immediate response. She was contacting us always also. Great communication throughout the entire process of having it on the market, showings, and eventually closing. This was a vacation home, and we had an unexpected issue that Ruslana brought to our attention. She helped us find a repairman and was there to check in during the entire repair process.

That was the start of our journey. We meet at her office and we talked about what we were looking for. We are from Maryland looking for a second home. Ruslana is very knowledgeable about the area. She would email us houses as they came available. She would schedule showings when we seen something we were interested in. She was easy and friendly to work with. We finally found something we liked and went with a new build. She helped with every step of the way. I would recommend Ruslana to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had a good idea about where and what our new home would be like. Then we met Ruslana. Ruslana came highly recommended from some friends of ours. She had found properties for them and they had nothing but praises for her. Our experience was no different. Ruslana's timely suggestions opened up new possibilities for my wife and I. Her knowledge of the local real estate market helped broaden our considerations. With her patience and guidance (I had a lot of questions) we decided to buy land and construct our new home. Ruslana was with us every step of the way, helping to keep us on track with the process. She helped us negotiate, what I think was, a great deal with the land owner and the contractors. We recently closed on the first phase of our dream home in Lewes. This honestly would not have been possible without Ruslana.

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking for land. We gave Ruslana our budget and what particulars we were looking for. She sent us many options over the internet and asked us what properties we would be interested in looking at. She showed us all properties not just Remax's which gave us more options to chose from. She was the only agent to call back at all and called us back within the hour.

ZillowVERIFIED In 2014 Ruslana Stoykova responded to an inquiry I had about a property in Sussex County. At the time I was working with several real estate agents to find some land but, it didn't take long for me to realize that Ruslana was a shining star. It was her genuine concern about my interests that set her apart from the others. For over a year she regularly sent me new listings in email and, was very patient with me and, answered all questions, emails, texts and, calls very quickly. She finally found a property that I fell in love with and, without her professionalism and, knowledge I would have never won over multiple bidders. Ruslana Stoykova is amazing! I strongly recommend her realtor skills and, will be using her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Ruslana is an exceptional agent. We are a military family, recently retired, and looking for an investment as well as a permanent home. She really listened to what I was looking for in a home. We were sent emails about homes that fit our criteria, which saved a lot of time. I liked how engaging she was with the builders and discussing lenders. She was highly knowledgable. We didn't feel like she was trying to point us in a direction we didn't want to go. I also enjoyed how personable she was with us, and helped us think about not only this purchase, but also other decisions we were trying to make about renting versus staying in our current location while waiting for our home to be built. Really excited about this agent. We would recommend her to anyone.
