I highly recommend Rudy. His experience and knowledge were so apparent compared to the other realtors. His adaptability and grace towards changing scenarios of fed rates, people playing lowballing games, and American Title being cyberattacked made me glad over and over again I chose Rudy. Pick him. You will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Rudy is the hardest working realtor you'll ever meet. Not only does he offer the best customer service, he makes magic happen. My situation with an estate was not easy, but he shined through the hardships, smiled until the end and outperformed everyone involved. He was always available to answer my questions, he patiently walked me through the process of selling a home and he went above and beyond to help me during a few challenges I encountered along the way. I've used him three times now and I can't say enough great things.

ZillowVERIFIED I LOVE Rudy!! This agent is awesome he sold 4 of my homes over the last 4 years and one during covid in record time. Rudy is knowledgeable, professional and he always returns calls, emails, texts. He went beyond being an agent and I live in San Diego and I didn`t have to make the drive and try and find honest people to do the work when repairs were needed, Rudy has a wonderful net work of people. Rudy always had my back no matter what came up and for that I am grateful. I am now retired and thanks to Rudy will be comfortable in retirement because he works to get the most for your investment If you want a sold sign in your yard Rudy is the agent. Thank you so much for being the best agent and now honored to call you a friend. Rita Cutri.

ZillowVERIFIED Rudy worked with me for over a year as I determined whether to rent or sell my property. He was always pleasant and responsive even during those times when I was leaning toward renting as opposed to selling. When I eventually decided to sell my home, he walked me through the whole process and zealously represented my interests to the end. I can't speak more highly of his professionalism and I recommend him without a doubt. C. Charles

ZillowVERIFIED This review is long over due, but Rudy went above and beyond in selling my parents home. He was very patient with my elderly parents especially my father who can be a little tough to handle! Through all of it, he kept us updated during and after the sale. He is reliable and knowledgeable! We could of not asked for a better Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been an investor for years and obviously have dealt with a few agents. This young man contacted me and i had no intention of selling at this time until i had a tenant from hell. He kept doing follow ups and i pushed him aside until I needed an agent.I talked to him then called his broker who said nothing but good things and i thought give him a try. OMG I hit the jackpot, he walked me through everything and contacted the people for repairs as I live in san diego and went beyond the call of duty in the rain when i could`t make it up there. Then within a few days he had an open house (with the flu no less) and had an offer in one week. I will use him for future sales needless to say as he has become part of my family. Thank you Rudy. ZillowVERIFIED Rudy did an excellent job selling our house. He is very resourceful and has contacts that the seller may use if house repairs are needed. Rudy went well beyond what you expected and has the best integrity. If you are looking for an agent to sell your house, Rudy is head and shoulders above anyone that I have run across and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He always is available, and goes out of his way to keep the process as fast and efficient and works hard for his clients. At the end he is a friend. Pick him you will not be sorry, I guarantee it.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the guy to use. Rudy helped me sell my Condo in downtown Long Beach and I was very impressed with him from day one. He sold my place for more than I was expecting and in half the time that compatibles were taking to sell in the area. I couldn't have been happier with the results. Rudy also took the time to give me updates on the status of things. I was never left wondering how things were moving along. I have used agents in the past for previous real estate transactions and none have provided the same level of service that Rudy provided. I will definitely be using him for all of my future needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Cantoran SOLD my home in Long Beach & assisted me with BUYING a BRAND NEW home in Lake Elsinore. Mr. Cantoran worked with the builders agents with me; therefore the transition was STRESS FREE! Mr. Cantoran is not only my realtor; he has become a good friend in this process. 19yrs ago when I bought the house in Long Beach; after escrow, I never heard from the realtor. Mr. Cantoran has called, texted or emailed me at least once a month since moving into my new home. He checks in to make sure everything is ok & follows up to make sure I don't have any questions or concerns. I will definitely work with Mr. Cantoran again for any real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I have never had a more delightful experience in selling a home than I had with Mr. Cantoran. I was in a tight spot and needed my home sold in 30 days and he had a buyer and closed within that amount of time. Mr. Cantoran did preparation beforehand to ensure the smoothness of the transaction because timing was of the utmost importance. I was always able to contact him and he was prompt in getting back to me if he didn't answer his phone. Mr. Cantoran has experience and knowledge and puts his all into selling and listing homes. I would definitely use him again to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I consider it a privilege to write a review on behalf of Mr.Rudy Cantoran, my realtor. Professionalism is a shining star for this gentleman. Mr. Cantoran's skills and tenacity in selling my property opened the door for multiple interested buyers. This allowed me to make the best decision in selling the property for the offer most suited for my needs. Moreover, what impressed me most about the character of Mr. Cantoran was, the manner in which he explained each paper that needed my signature and what the paper meant for the closing of the sale. I was confident that he was genuinely concerned for my welfare throughout the entire process.

ZillowVERIFIED I am happy to recommend Rudy and Marla and their team to anybody going through a short sale. We had a difficult case with our bank and our first agent basically gave up and we did too until we were contacted by Rudy. We agreed to try again with them. It took another 7 months to finally get it done as the bank kept throwing things up for us to do before they would approve the sale. Rudy and Marla stayed with us and helped us meet every request from the bank. Finally we had the banks approval and a sale was eminent when the buyer backed out at the last minute. Rudy had several backup buyers already interested and we were able to close the sale within 3 weeks of the original closing date. The only reason it took 3 weeks is that the bank decided it had to reevaluate and reapprove the agreed upon price, even though it was exactly the same as had already been approved. We are very thankful for all the work they did to get this resolved and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody going through a short sale process.
