ZillowVERIFIED Ruby and her team helped us when no one else would/could! If you are in doubt, just go and see them. You wont be disappointed. We bought our home, which was newly renovated from top to bottom in 2015. We could not be happier. I really appreciate the fact that after the sale we were not left to flounder about what to do next. They were always courteous and quick to respond to our questions. Please give them a call. You have nothing to lose.

ZillowVERIFIED Ruby Miranda and her team are amazing. I started house seeking back in 2009. Of course I did not have credit. However the team advise on what I needed to do to get approved. With that being said I got approved months after. I kept searching until May 2011 I closed on my first home. The team was very patient with me the the whole time and guided me every step of the way. If I wanted to see 10 homes in a day. They made it happen. If anyone is looking for a realtor contact Ruby. :-)

ZillowVERIFIED My fiance and I were 1st time home-buyers when Ruby and her team helped us with buying our beautiful home!! I cant say enough about how great they made the whole process! Any questions we had I knew I could count on them to help us in any way possible! It's been 2 years and I can still count on them for any help! Thank you Ruby and the rest of the queen team! I am very picky when it comes to writing reviews for anyone or anything but with Ruby and the queen team I can honestly say they are amazing!

ZillowVERIFIED We had been looking for a home for a while and nothing seemed to work out. Ruby's team was very helpful because my wife and I were starting to give up on the idea of buying our first home. They pushed us to keep looking and would not let up until we found the perfect home. They were very patient with us and answered every question respectfully and professionally but we felt like at the same time they were longtime friends , who's opinion we could trust. Anyways , we have now been in our new home for about a week , and we still receive correspondence from them , helping us with being new home owners. They don't quit just because you've closed. They really want to be friends / realtors for life. Thanks Ruby , Monica , Reyna , and Candie.

ZillowVERIFIED Monica Ocanas was our agent and she was instrumental in helping us find the right home for our family. Ruby, Monica and Reyna work together as a team, utilizing the strength of each team member to maximize the outcome and to streamline the process. In addition, they removed much of the doubt and uncertainty about the home loan process by educating us about the basics, including how loans worked, how to get approved, what does it mean to be pre-approved or pre-qualified, how the interest rate is tied into a person's credit score and the details of each phase of the buying process. I highly recommend this team.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't lie, at first I was hesitant about trying to purchase a home (single mother of 3). Not sure who to trust in these day's and times. Just so happen, everywhere I looked I saw Ruby Miranda. In emails, mail and home searches etc.. Either this was a sign, or some spectacular marketing ploy lol. This was a blessing in disguise! From day one, I felt comfortable, and like I was suppose to be there with them! Down to earth, outstandingly dedicated, understanding and fun loving people?(truly felt like family). They worked magic for myself and my 3 kids. The Queen Team/Amcap Team are Impeccably exceptional!! Today I closed on my house, and recieved my keys to our future??. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Queen Team and AMCAP????

ZillowVERIFIED We weren't sure what type of house we wanted, but we knew the area we wanted to buy. I found Ruby online and met with her in person with my wife and right away we felt comfortable talking with her. She helped us find and secure the home of our dreams, and she is connected with a lot of other great people to help you through the process. We would definitely buy with her again!!

ZillowVERIFIED The one thing I really liked about my mortgage closing was aEURoethat I kept getting an array of house options until I found the house of my dreams. Besides providing options, Reyna and Ruby took the time every week to go house hunting with me. This kept me encouraged and motivated until I found the house I wanted. I wasnt expecting to like the house I purchased but since it was an option, I decided to go see it, little did I know it was everything I was looking for. The chocolates and candy sent from the Houstonian Mortgage were also very appreciated.aEUR?
