ZillowVERIFIEDTo start off Ruben was very helpful and professional. If there's anyone that will help you sell a house it is definitely Ruben! He has excellent skills in finding clients that are interested in buying. If you're on the fence on whether you should choose Ruben or another agent, let this review be a sign to choose Ruben, because he will do everything in his power to help you get what you want. Past being an agent, he's a good man, and that's what made all the difference. Thank you again, Ruben!!

ZillowVERIFIED If you are in the market for a house or a rental look no further. Save yourself time and headaches and just call Ruben, his professionalism and responsiveness is unparalleled. We were looking at a bunch of different places and were dealing with other realtors, the difference between Ruben and the rest was enormous. Ruben always picked up the phone and always got back to us right away, he made the whole process super easy. We plan on buying in a few years and I wouldnt even consider another realtor, he has our business for life and I'm going to recommend him to everyone I know. Its too bad Zillow only allows 5 stars because he deserves 10! Ruben thank you again, we are so grateful for your services!

ZillowVERIFIED Ruben was very knowledgeable about the property, and immediately made us feel comfortable with his friendly demeanor. He was an incredible advocate for us as potential tenants, helping us get all our paperwork in order and coordinating a meet-up between us and the landlord almost immediately following our first viewing. He answered all our questions regarding the lease and rental process, and provided us all the documentation we needed ahead of time to review and on the day-of to ensure our transition went smoothly. 10/10 would recommend !

ZillowVERIFIED Ruben did a great job pressing on despite many challenges. He worked with the buyers to find solutions that worked for both parties. I am thankful that the house is sold and believe I got the best deal possible.

ZillowVERIFIED The biggest lesson I have learned with Ruben is that you do not judge a book by its cover. This guy is the real deal, I have seen real-estate agents but none compares to Ruben. This guy is just great at what he does and I am still amazed about how easy he sales and I would highly recommend him if you wanna sell your property. Putting my house in the market closing the sale, the whole process took him only two months. Ruben had connections for pretty much everything to help make my life easy. Ruben, I can't thank you enough for the awesome job you did to close the sale.

ZillowVERIFIED Ruben is very personable and has good people skills works hard and will always extend himself if he can help. Did a very nice job getting pre-qualified buyers scheduled to see home. We were fortunate to get into contract very quickly, Ruben and team coordinated well to get us "cleared to close" in a timely manner. ZillowVERIFIED Ruben is an outstanding realtor. From the very beginning, when we first met with him, he made us feel at ease. He demonstrated vast knowledge of our geographic area. He acted swiftly in putting our house on the market, and from beginning to end, he kept in constant contact with us - whether it was a text, a phone call or an in-person visit. We never once felt forgotten or neglected. He gave us tips and guidance as far as what we needed to do prior to the open house and had two loan officers present at the open house to assist potential buyers. He was physically present at the buyer's inspection and walk through. He also followed up with our attorney regularly to ensure that all was on track. He worked tirelessly to engender the best possible result - we got 90k over our asking price!! We would recommend Ruben without hesitation - he was a true partner throughout the entire process.

He handled everything quickly and professionally. So many obstacles came our way and Ruben got us through them all. ZillowVERIFIED Ruben has gone above and beyond while my husband and I were looking for our first home. Hes NOT the typical agent that will push you to just buy any home, but hell work with you to buy the perfect dream home! Hes very knowledgeable, honest, respectful and caring and will tell you what you need to watch out for when buying a home. He surprised us because he seemed to have a solution for every curve ball I threw at him, including negotiating our deal, finding bankers and lawyers, and renovations. Our closing couldnt have been any smoother. Hes was with us every step of the way from looking at our first house listing to buying our lovely home. I strongly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Rude and disrespectful. Did not listen to concerns. Combatively delivered hard ultimatums when confronted with the simple request of going over the lease line by line to clarify and add any necessary amendments. Didnt listen, Put words in my mouth. Unreasonable professional behavior.

ZillowVERIFIED Wonderful experience. Always answers the phone when you call! Wonderful family man, who is dedicated to his family, business and client. We were very impressed with his marketing campaign. Ruben used a drone to help accent the full home advertising experience. Future customers want to know the surrounding areas of your home, as well as see the entire piece of your property. The drone as a selling tool is essential to selling a home in today's very competitive market. Our overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend Ruben and his establishment to any serious buyer or seller. I want to personally thank Ruben for all his hard work and efforts. Our family wishes him much success in all his endeavors.

ZillowVERIFIED Ruben Yosopov was quite dynamic and awe-inspiring in his efforts, along with his real estate team to bring the right people with the right credentials, along with just the right financial background. We had great difficulty finding a more qualified, not to mention, cordial, respectful, knowledgeable, pleasant and very professional real estate person. And we had several. My husband and & I would, much too often, tell our friends and relatives that the previous people just wanted to sell our home at their convenience and get their commission as fast as possible without doing the work. They had many negative comments. We said the real estates today just don't want to work. We were told, "it's on the MLS internet" & we should wait for them to get a call. Open houses were very infrequent and only if they had no personal parties to attend. Brutal, to say the least. When we interviewed with Ruben, there was nothing but upbeat, positive comments and assurance for a speedy, pleasant experience. It was so exciting to have so many people in such a short time view our home with Ruben's professional demeanor and expertise. He is such a gentleman, whom we admire greatly. We can't thank him enough for coming into our lives. Most Sincerely
