ZillowVERIFIEDFrom the start Ruben was very attentive and patient with us. I remember the first day we went to go look at houses, he was really just studying us to see what we liked and didn't like. On the second day we went to go look at houses, my cars battery actually died. We had to cut out the last viewing from the schedule which was unfortunate... However, Ruben went ahead and checked it out by himself and convinced us it was worth a look. The house was very nice and we did almost put an offer on it if it weren't for changing our minds on the commute time. But the point that he took it upon himself to look into a home on his own without us really showed that he cared and din't want to leave any potential stone unturned. Throughout the process he educated us on the inspection and appraisal process and explained things in a very palatable way to us as first time home buyers. I could not ask for a better experience with an agent than the one I had with Ruben. Truly world class and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
