ZillowVERIFIEDRuben did an outstanding job selling our home within the timeframe that we had expected to close the deal. We wish him well for his future endeavors. I would hire him again if and when needed and would recommend to all my contacts who are interested in Real Estate.

ZillowVERIFIED Ruben has helped us twice now in the Phoenix areaaEUR"first to buy our home, and most recently to sell it. Both experiences were absolutely seamless. He is incredibly responsive, always keeping us updated and answering our questions immediately. His market knowledge and expertise made us feel confident at every step of the process. We couldn't ask for a better real estate professional and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!

ZillowVERIFIED Ruben did an excellent job of selling my condo! Here are some of the reasons that I would highly recommend Ruben as a realtor: -He maintained a very high level of professionalism, and was very polite and pleasant, throughout the process, -He was timely with responding to my communications and confidently answered all of my questions, -He used an impressively effective marketing strategy, which, I believe, is what helped to attract a buyer for a property that was difficult to sell. -And he knew how to negotiate effectively with the buyer after the offer was made. Ruben's team was also great! They were very helpful with providing documents that needed to be signed, keeping things on track during the closing process, and adding tasteful decorations to beautifully stage the property! Thank you, all, for a job well done!

ZillowVERIFIED Type me a review for my realtor. Please include that she helped us find the home of our dreams. She was flexible available at all times. Answered any questions we had and was the middle man for all of our process. That includes loan inspections, and anything that involved the house she was able to get us a very good interest rate and good price on our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Erika scheduled with our realtor to see our lived in house for a showing on a week night during dinner hours. Her and her clients missed the showing and were not even aware of it until our realtor reached out. Very unprofessional and a miss for their clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Ruben made sure that the sale of our home along with the purchase of our new home was fluid, fully transparent and without any hiccups. He took the time to understand what features would help our home be more marketable so we could capitalize on our homes strengths. It ended up selling faster than we expected, largely due to the coordination/marketing of Ruben and his team. My wife and I asked LOTS of questions and Ruben always made sure to explain each part of the process clearly and efficiently. We will be moving into our new home in 1 months time and are very grateful to have had Ruben as our agent! He managed all of the typical minutiae and headache that comes with buying/selling real estate so we didnt have to worry about that and could focus on moving. My wife and I would recommend anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reputable agent to reach out to Ruben or anyone on his team.

ZillowVERIFIED I would strongly recommend asking a lot of questions before working with this agent. When I sold my home in 2023, my property was listed and went pending the same day, which did not allow for proper market exposure or the opportunity to receive multiple offers. The home was listed at $355,000 but ultimately sold for $309,000. Looking back, the property was not fully marketed. The photos were not properly updated, and the listing did not appear to have normal visibility on platforms like Zillow. This significantly limited exposure to potential buyers. Instead, I was guided toward an investor offer and told it would be a aEURoehassle-freeaEUR? process. However, that was not the case. Issues came up later in the transaction, including inspection-related concerns and last-minute changes to agreed terms. Overall, I do not feel that my best interests were prioritized or that I was given a fair opportunity to maximize my homes value. I would encourage anyone considering working with this agent to ensure their property will be fully marketed and exposed to the open market before accepting any offers.

ZillowVERIFIED Great guy. He helped us find our dream home and fought for us every step of the way. He truly made us feel like he cared about us as people and wanted what was best for us, not just pushing a sale to get paid. Id recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor to represent them.

ZillowVERIFIED Based on my experience and in my opinion, Yolanda S and Ruben are extremely unprofessional. I was going to hire my own home inspector however she recommended Gilbert from Mi casa inspection and said that if I hire her recommended inspector Gilbert he will do the blue tape walk-through with her together. However, that turned out to be false and she also lied about doing it virtually with us. Unfortunately we made a mistake trusting her and purchased our house over the phone and couldn't be present because it was too expensive to fly back and forth from California to Arizona. After we moved in we discovered several issues and defects in our new build home and when we asked how she could possibly miss these defects during her blue tape walkthrough she completely ignored us and asked us not to contact her again. To make matters worse she also lied about the so called water discoloration which turned out to be mold and when we called her to question her she claimed that we are harassing her. I reached out to the other agent Ruben on our contract and after couple of emails he completely ignored us along with their broker Legacy.

ZillowVERIFIED We've known Ruben for close to 20 years, and many transactions later, he has always gone above and beyond to close the deal and help us make the best decision. Our last house sat on the market for over 4 months with a different realtor, with no offers. Ruben took over and got us under contract in under 12 days. The house closed a month later. When you hire him, you are not only hiring a realtor; you are hiring a great team of professionals who will help you at every step of the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Friends of our referred us to Ruben. They had used him about 8 times and had nothing but positive things to say about Ruben. We are so happy that we decided to use him, as well. I received a work transfer from Illinois to Arizona about 6 months earlier than expected, and we have an elderly, handicapped parent living with us. Ruben listened to our unique needs list and showed us 10 properties. He was extremely professional knowledgeable and informative about the properties and neighborhoods we were looking at. Ruben seamlessly orchestrated the purchase of our new home while we were living across country. He also located an exceptional agent for us in IL to sell our home there. After closing on our home, he continued to help us by referring a carpet cleaning company, a painter and a contractor to help us complete some projects in our new home. Everyone he recommended exceeded our expectations. If you want THE BEST agent for your real estate needs, you have found him. Ruben is absolutely the best!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot thank Ruben enough for all the work and effort he put into helping us secure our dream home. Ruben was a pleasure to work with and was always available whenever we had a question or concern. He was incredibly responsive to any texts or calls. He went out of his way to facilitate things and kept the ball moving so all things would be completed on time. Even after closing, he continued to offer advice and tips on aspects of home ownership we had not considered. He is a true professional and I am grateful that we were lucky to have him as our agent. I hope others have the good fortune to work with him so they too can experience the level of detail and care that he brings to the table!

ZillowVERIFIED Ruben helped my wife and I purchase our home here in Arizona. He was responsive any time we texted him about a house and was quick to set up showings. When we were looking to make an offer he pulled comps in the area prior to any offer to make sure it was competitive. He also let us know of items like the school district or solar loans that we were not thinking of when starting this process. We would recommend using him as your realtor when looking for your home and if we are ever in the market again we will be using him!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I needed to move quickly. We were first time homebuyers and we knew the process would be tough. I am very grateful for having the assistance of Gabriel through this process. He understood our needs right away and was always prompt in his responses and making sure everyone involved was on top of things. He gave us great advice throught the entire home buying experience. We closed quickly like we wanted and felt like we got the home at a good price even in todays market. I will absolutely be getting into contact with him next time I need to move.
