Christina was amazing, encouraging, helpful, didn't put any pressure on us and really made this transition as smooth as it possibly could be. Her care went above just a transaction. This isn't just a job but a ministry for her. Our offer was contingent and the other home we were selling was out of state and had delays outside of our control and she would talk to whoever she needed to talk to, made sure all the boxes were checked and kept a calm encouraging presence through it all.

Vannessa was amazing helping my family purchase our first home. She was very knowledgeable in the entire home buying process. She was always available when we had questions or wanted to look at a house. She was patient to work with us through the year it took us to find a house perfect for us. I would strongly recommend asking a lot of questions before working with this agent. When I sold my home in 2023, my property was listed and went pending the same day, which did not allow for proper market exposure or the opportunity to receive multiple offers. The home was listed at $355,000 but ultimately sold for $309,000. Looking back, the property was not fully marketed. The photos were not properly updated, and the listing did not appear to have normal visibility on platforms like Zillow. This significantly limited exposure to potential buyers. Instead, I was guided toward an investor offer and told it would be a aEURoehassle-freeaEUR? process. However, that was not the case. Issues came up later in the transaction, including inspection-related concerns and last-minute changes to agreed terms. Overall, I do not feel that my best interests were prioritized or that I was given a fair opportunity to maximize my homes value. I would encourage anyone considering working with this agent to ensure their property will be fully marketed and exposed to the open market before accepting any offers.
