ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Roz to sell our home was the best decision we made! Her dedication, market expertise, and genuine care turned a potentially stressful long-distance sale into a smooth experience! Her pricing advice in a slow market was spot on to attract interest. Selling our home remotely meant we couldnt be there for walk-throughs or property checks, but Roz stepped up in every possible way. She went above and beyond by regularly visiting the house to check on the condition, coordinate with local service providers, and send us video updates. We cannot recommend Roz enough!
ZillowVERIFIEDRoz knew going into our buying project that we weren't really looking to buy until next year. She still showed us numerous properties. We went from condos and townhouses to single family homes. I think she was as surprised as we were that we actually bought this year. She went above and beyond after our offer was accepted. She met with our children for the home inspection, did a video walk through before closing and went back to the house to give our children the keys, because we are back in Illinois. My wife can't wait to go furniture shopping with her.
ZillowVERIFIEDRoz helped me locate a house that met my specifications. She also helped me with locating key people such as the inspection professional as well as understanding the value of Radon inspection and similar pre-purchase checks. These were particularly important as my purchase was remote, before I came to Longmont. She continued with her support when I had followup questions after the purchase was complete. I would highly recommend Roz for anyone looking for a home in the greater Denver, Colorado area.
ZillowVERIFIEDaEURoeRoz was an incredible Agent to have guide me through both the selling and buying processes! She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and communicative, every step of the way. More than that, she was reassuring and helped me to stay calm and positive. Absolutely the best!aEUR?
