Review Roy and his team are the best in Sedona! Used his team to buy in 2017 and then sell in 2023. Very knowledgeable about vacant land in Sedona and Oak Creek. Review We couldn't be happier with the Roy Grimm Team! Roy Grimm and Genevie Evirgen were the listing agents for our Sedona home. In my opinion, communication is key when selling a home and they are superior in that regard. We were kept up to date in the process of listing, marketing, showing, feedback and followup. Additionally, these folks are master negotiators! The real estate world was knocked on its heels in 2010 and we are all a bit scarred because of that. Review Roy and his wife Michelle know everyone in town and many of the other realtors used to work with them. Roy showed us many houses over the years before we bought and even though we took a long time to decide on a house we always felt like we were important to him. Roy and Michelle kept us up to date about what was going on in Sedona. Roy is unflappable and never says a bad word about anyone, very professional. We enjoyed working with both Roy and Michelle.

Review Roy was a resource for me when I was going through a short sale of my property. Although he was not my agent, he took the time to explain to me, in detail, the Buyer's perception and concerns when entering the short-sale process.
