ZillowVERIFIEDLet me tell you about my experience with Roy Evjen. Roy came highly recommended to me. Well Roy came we signed and that was the last I saw of Roy. Roy will tell you what you want to hear, list your home and do nothing. For the first three month at the beginning of Covid there was never a sign put out, until I requested one. During a storm Roys sign fell on the ground I left it there, assuming he would occasionally drive by check on his listings, nope, my assumption was correct the sign laid in my yard for approx 4 months.Out of the approximate 80 showings on my home he was responsible for 1 of them. Roy tried to push me several times to accept a low ball offers, my assumption was he had a contractor friend who wanted to remodel to flip and then Roy could get a double commission.On several occasions Roy was suppose to show up for appraisals, he did not, in fact once he sent me an email asking where I was, he was suppose to be there not me. Fortunately I was home. Roy was suppose to notify the sellers agent that we were offering furnishings and yard equipment to the new buyers, found out this was never even mentioned to them. Roy was completely incompetent in doing his job. The only reason things got done on time and efficiently was because my fiancA(C)e works in the attorneys office that represented me and on at least one occasion I acted as a courier because of his incompetence and inability to get things done on time. Roy is a sad excuse of an agent, keep away. Roy couldnt even show his face to pick up his commission check.
